The contents of the Journal of Naval Engineering before December 1996 have been declassified. That covers the whole of volumes 1 to 36 (April 1947- December 1996), as well as the Journal's predecessor, Papers on Engineering Subjects numbers 1 to 22 (1922-1946). Crown copyright still applies.
