The Code is now used by navies to inform procurement plans and by Classification Societies to benchmark their naval ship rules and Classification Services. This paper will celebrate and discuss the Code's development, discuss its use on a number of recent warship projects to examine both technical and practical application aspects, and the future plans for the Code. It will also present the other activities of INSA and invite participation from conference attendees in the work programme of INSA.  000007592 542__ $$fCC-BY-NC-ND-4.0 000007592 6531_ $$aINSA 000007592 6531_ $$aNaval Safety 000007592 6531_ $$aNaval Ship Code 000007592 6531_ $$aNSC 000007592 6531_ $$aNATO 000007592 6531_ $$aANEP-77 000007592 7001_ $$aOverfield, N$$uINSA Chairman 000007592 7001_ $$aMcKay, J$$uINSA Secretariat 000007592 773__ $$tConference Proceedings of INEC 000007592 773__ $$jINEC 2018 000007592 789__ $$whttps://zenodo.org/record/2271689$$2URL$$eIsIdenticalTo 000007592 85641 $$uhttps://imarest.org/inec$$yConference website 000007592 8564_ $$9a1f2fcf7-0388-440a-bf6f-36885b619f1f$$s6649874$$uhttps://library.imarest.org/record/7592/files/INEC%202018%20Paper%20034%20Overfield%20FINAL.pdf
